My recent stay at Domaine Du Mont Monnet - Chambre D'Hotes & Gite far surpassed my high expectations in every aspect. The dining experience was exceptional, with incredibly tasty and well-priced meals prepared to perfection by the talented chef and served by a delightful waitress. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, featuring homemade bread, pastries, local cheeses, and freshly cooked eggs. The luxurious two-bedroom apartment I stayed in was spacious, with a characterful bathroom and stunning views of the countryside, providing a perfect blend of privacy and comfort. The hosts' warm welcome and thoughtful gesture of providing a scrumptious platter upon our arrival, even outside restaurant hours, truly exemplified their exceptional hospitality. The setting of the Auberge in the picturesque hilly surroundings, coupled with the peaceful ambiance, made for a truly serene retreat. The unique decor of the room, the quality bed linens, and the fantastic rain shower all contributed to an unforgettable stay. The attention to detail in providing amenities like a sitting area, terrace, and garden furniture added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. The friendly staff, the stunning views from the dining room, and the overall tranquility of the location elevated my stay to a level of satisfaction beyond compare.
